The price is an average based on our experience, including luxury accommodation and exquisite meals, private cooking lessons including a pastry workshop, local wine tasting and pairing, and a private tour of Lyon's historical and novel landmarks.

DID YOU KNOW:

Lyon has always been an attractive place for chefs to settle and develop their skills, not the least for the 'mothers of Lyon' who were the iconic women behind the creation of Lyon's bouchons (traditional Lyonnaise restaurants) and the city's culinary reputation.

CLIMATE & WHEN TO GO:
The climate of Lyon is that of continental Europe, with four very well defined seasons. Pick your favorite and you won't be disappointed. We'll advise regarding local "fêtes" (holidays) you might want to align your trip with.

Our favorite time to go is May when the weather warms up and one can begin enjoying romantic river cruises. The summer is equally lovely as well as the fall, the holy time of harvest.

No matter what season you choose you'll leave a connoisseur of profoundly French go-to recipes to spoil yourself, your family and friends with.
